1. OVERVIEW

Welcome to The Inner Glow Journey. By visiting our site and purchasing our digital products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & "AS-IS" BASIS

All products sold by The Inner Glow Journey LLC are 100% digital and delivered via Email/instant download. No physical goods are shipped. Our products are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We do not guarantee that your use of our products will result in specific personal, professional, or financial outcomes.

3. ORDERS & BILLING

Authorization: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
 Payment Processing & Installments: By submitting an order, you authorize us and our designated processors (such as Shopify, Stripe, or Shop Pay) to charge the full purchase amount, local taxes, or selected split installment plans (such as $249.25 biweekly payments) to your chosen payment method. For installment plans, you authorize recurring charges on the agreed schedule until the balance is paid in full.


 Declined Transactions: If a transaction is declined or fails due to bank or card issuer issues, the order will be automatically canceled. We are not responsible for bank fees, overdrafts, or processor errors.


 Accuracy: You agree to provide current, accurate payment, email and/or billing information.


 Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices and promotions at any time without notice.
 Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the non-tangible, instant-download nature of our digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer product exchanges. All purchases are strictly governed by the specific, conditional criteria outlined in Section 11 (14-Day Commitment & Refund Policy)

We make no guarantees, promises, or representations regarding your specific personal, financial, or professional outcomes, income levels, or business success. Any testimonials, case studies, or revenue figures shared on our site or marketing assets represent exceptional engagement and are not a guarantee that you will achieve any guaranteed results. Your success depends entirely on your own background, dedication, capability, and consistent effort.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, or to use automated scraping/AI tools to interfere with our site. We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if these rules are violated.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where The Inner Glow Journey is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.14-DAY EVOLUTION COMMITMENT & REFUND POLICY

Because The All-Access Mastery Suite™ grants immediate, unrestricted access to proprietary intellectual property and custom digital workspace architecture, a standard, unconditional "no-questions-asked" refund is strictly unavailable. We enforce a strict, action-based refund framework to protect our assets and reward intentional execution.

To qualify for a conditional refund application, you must submit formal, documented proof to our support team within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original purchase date. This proof must conclusively demonstrate that you have fully completed the Phases 1-3:(Days 1–13) workspace modules and executed all accompanying daily tracker dashboards and workflow templates included within that specific phase.

Refund requests submitted without comprehensive, fully completed proof of Phases 1-3 application will be automatically denied without exception. The Inner Glow Journey LLC reserves the sole, unilateral right to review your completed digital workspace logs to determine if a genuine, high-standard operational effort was made before issuing any financial return.
