If you feel the ecosystem is not the right fit for your routine, you may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, provided you meet the intentional engagement criteria outlined below.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund under our Evolution Guarantee, you must meet the following conditional criteria:
1. Documented Engagement Proof
You must submit comprehensive, documented proof demonstrating that you have actively initialized your ecosystem by fully completing the Phases 1-3:(Days 1–13) workspace modules and their accompanying daily tracker dashboards.
Because our system is built on intentional action, we strictly reserve the right to automatically deny refund requests that show incomplete engagement, blank fields, or zero utilization of these specific Phase 1 files.
2. Feedback for Evolution
You must submit a brief, written explanation detailing what specific aspects of the psychological infrastructure or workspace layout did not align with your workflow so we can continuously optimize our ecosystem.
Exclusions & Deadlines

The 14-Day Window: All refund requests and completed Phases 1-3 engagement logs must be submitted strictly within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase. Requests made on Day 15 or later will be automatically denied.

No Exchanges: Due to the immediate-access nature of our digital ecosystem, all sales are final outside of the conditional 14-Day Evolution Guarantee. We do not offer product exchanges as we offer you the ecosystem whole.

Digital Vault Access
All purchases include lifetime access to your digital vault. By completing your checkout, you acknowledge that our digital assets are structurally non-returnable once delivered to your inbox. Our 14-Day Evolution Guarantee is provided as a strict gesture of goodwill to support genuine customers who have fully engaged with our materials but found the operational format to be an unsuitable fit. All purchases are strictly governed by this criteria as outlined in Section 11 of our Terms of Service.
